The
RC booklet provides an overview of the RC process, its history and its
application across a range of sectors.
It showcases some of the tools that have been developed for assessors to aid
in the implementation of the RC model and provides information on each phase
of the RC process.
A CD is included which includes a PowerPoint display outlining the RC
model. This display is ideal for promoting the model to your organisation
and staff.
Cost: $50.00
This is the do-it-yourself option.
The ‘self developed package’ consists of the training booklet, PowerPoint
display & all the tools you need to design a sector specific RC program.
All blank tools are available in Word format, and along with the RC Style
Guide you will be able to customise them to suit your industry needs.

Generic ½ day workshop (Calendar event)
We are providing a number of generic RC briefing sessions at
our office in Carlton.
These sessions are aimed at existing trainers / assessors who are familiar
working within an RC framework. The benefit of the half day workshop is
that it briefs assessors on the implementation of the model and how it can
be adapted across a range of sectors.
All participants attending this 4 hour training session receive a training
booklet which provides an overview of the RC process, its history and its
application. The session also showcases some of the tools that have been
developed for assessors to aid in the implementation of the model.
Participants also receive a CD containing a PowerPoint display and a copy of
the RC booklet. This
display is ideal for promoting the model to your organisation and staff.

Participants who attend this training can purchase the complete set of blank
tools in Word format for $200. These materials area also obtained by
booking a 1½ days customised training sessions for your organisation.
Cost: $150 per

1½ days customised professional development
This option provides professional development to your staff with the RC model and gives them the skills to customise the model for your own sector. These sessions are hands-on workshops where your staff will commence developing your RC process.
The outcome of the 1½ days professional development will be for your staff to:

Cluster units to your specific organisational needs

Commence the process of developing your own RC tools, based on samples available.
All participants attending this training receive a training booklet, a CD
containing workable tools and an RC Style Guide that allows organisations to
customise materials using the RC logo.
Cost:
$1650 per organisation in Melbourne metropolitan areas. Rural / interstate
organisations will incur an additional travel cost. (Up to 20 participants).
Groups of more than 20 participants will require a second trainer.
Complete customised services – the ‘we-come-and-do-it-for-you’ option
We can provide a consultant to work with your organisation to:
